Terrence, You seemed to be trying to scare people and I have become leary of such posts. I realize from what you have written that you seem to be an earnest fellow. Often on these boards the bears will try to spook the longs and I wondered if you were trying to do that. I am a long and I don't pay attention to short term swings in the price. I won't sell unless the story changes so drastically that the company can no longer live up to the promise. I believe HD will be significantly higher five years from now. And that is what I focus on. Each time I am ready to buy I look at the stocks in my portfolio and I buy the one(s) that seem to be under priced. The details that you wrote about are important, but more for someone who expecting to trade in and out of a stock. I buy and hold. Please keep posting, and add in some of what you find buy comparing historical price to book, price to sales and the current efficiency of the distribtuion model. Good luck, jb
