Hmmm, not totally sure I understand here burtcat. I don't think for a moment that the 2million shares are "for sale" in the normal sense of the word (in the open market) and I fully agree that these shares will NOT be "overhanging the market" in any way. The thought has been proposed here (buy the Chief I believe) that these shares may be going to Delphi as part of the overall deal.

Burcat, my guess is that you are referring to some sort of private placement or pre-arranged sale of GLE stock? Likely as one or more large blocks.
