Floyd - thanks for the thought. Francois asked me in advance whether I minded his posting my statements on the thread without attribution, and I told him that it was fine with me. I figured it would be better that my name not be attached because, when I posted several days ago, some of your less enlightened colleagues seemed to have a problem with someone with corporate and securities law experience doing an objective analysis of the facts. Of course, when Francois posted, you knew it was my stuff so you mentioned "Eric" in your reply to him, and then the half-assed attempt at secrecy was gone. It's really no problem. But it wasn't a damn "opinion"!! <g> The phrase "legal opinion" has a very clear legal meaning, and that's not what I wrote. Can I get back out of the line of fire now? <g> -Eric
