WEBNODE3, you sure pick some great examples. Did you realize that Peter Young was in court for his role in the Solv Ex scam when he showed up in court like that?

Don't you find it interesting that BW never sued Solv Ex for all the phony PR's they sent through their service?

Thanks, but we'll leave that to Riley G. He's the nutcase in this proceeding. Well, at least he says he'll be part of the proceeding. I don't really believe that. Riley.....tends to exaggerate.

To the person who styles him/herself as "Webnode3":

Considering your predilection for religious exhortations, perhaps "Repentium III" would have been a more apt choice.

I find myself in the odd position of agreeing with you. Janice should indeed show up dressed in women's clothes if this Business Week suit ever gets to the point of court appearances.

I have a proposition to make:

I am willing to wager, say $1000, that Janice will not appear in court on this case.

Further, I am willing to wager a larger amount that Business Week will not win this case. I would consider it a draw if the rulings go both ways; for example, if BW is awarded $1 but must pay attorney's costs, et cetera.

I would pay the wagers into a mutually selected escrow account, as would the taker on the other side. The first bet would be lost on the day that Janice Shell appears in court on the Business Week suit, but only lost if the suit is lost or dropped.

Any takers?
