He could have the bombing stopped immediately. But, that would interfere with his racist plans for Kosovo. The loss of the girls and the civilians is a tragedy. Let's hope that Slob Milosevic decides soon to stop the war, so there would be no more innocent victims. Unfortunately, even if the war stopped right now, there would still be innocent Kosovo Albanians dying from conditions and lack of medicine.
