Big: On Coastal's front burner now is the "Gulfstream" pipeline - ~700 miles from Mobile Bay across the Gulf to Tampa Bay over land to West Palm Beach. According to latest issue of Offshore, FERC application by 3Q '99, target service by 2002. Williams has a competing line they are proposing, which is now out to bid. JRM, Global, Allseas and EMC (Saipem/B&R) all have equipment to handle the deep lay. Horizon has the preferred bury barge to jet the pipeline in water depths less than 200' (as req'd by MMS). Regards
