I never thought AOL had the ability to buy UMG. However, any scenario will include a lot of AOL stock to help Comcast finance the deal. My guess is around $10 billion worth, assuming UMG gets run up to around $75 billion mkt cap in the bidding war. $10 billion is just a guess. It could be more or less.
