Interesting—from the'Defendant's Misconduct' section, item 15:

"…The press release stated further that a number of publicly traded companies, including A. T. & T. and Microsoft Corp., were "early adoptees" of the NGI. It is not presently known how the information in the press release influenced trading on those companies."

Taking a stand on ticker-spamming is a good thing—something we've been discussing for months on "Double Zero" (we call it 'leeching'): #reply-7875661 (and related replies).

Well wait a sec—what's BW's public position on 'leeching', again?: #reply-9168923

Actually not. There will be a new service provider. www.digaditch.com - for all your e-xcavation and multitrenching needs. IPO forthcoming - ticker is bound to be SHVL.
HOLE and XCAV are also available. Maybe the W3 can "dig up the dirt" on their accounting practices -
