MRL vs. FLC

On 2-24-99 MRL hit a low of $6 and FLC hit a low of $5.18. Fast forward 64 days and MRL is @ $17.19 and FLC is @ $10. I own both stocks and so I follow them closely. My question is what gives with FLC? Is MRL overbought right now? Should I flip my MRL $$$'s into FLC. I know about the debt but with the recent financing I don't believe it is going to be an issue unless this down turn last a few more years. (And that isn't looking very likely at the moment)

Any opinions?
