Tokyo VD - re: PTEK< WEBMD and Gilbertson:

It sure looks like Gilbertson may be a Master Chef, in the vein of Chef Boyardee himself, and if I were him I would be sweating bullets that the scam he was pulling at HBOC dies quietly and he doesn't do a stint up the river as somebody's girlfriend. But that aside, even if WEBMD is a Den of Crims, and Gilbertson is the Crim de tutti Crim, I wouldn't sweat it. No underwriter is walking away from this IPO with MSFT and Gleacher as players unless Gilbertson goes on a molesting spree in a convent. I think he can keep it in his pants for a few more weeks, don;t you, Tokyo?
