If they are not journalists or reporters as Kathy Baron Tamraz was quoted as saying then it makes me wonder how they can claim they were damaged. The use of their name was in a parody that they announced was not true and would appear to me to be a trivial matter at most. The Webnode3 on the Webnode page seem to be poking fun at themselves and a non-existent company that would be impossible to invest in. Does it boil down to a new policy in which BW is claiming that in the future they will be responsible for whatever they publish? z.......
