I don't like it either. It's a thin line between destroying Serbia's ability to produce and transport war material, and targeting their civil and economic infrastructure, and NATO crossed that line long ago.

This has become a de-facto attempt to sway the political decisions of the Serbian leadership by inflicting severe punishment on the civilian populace. The goal has been not to target civilians directly, but to destroy them economically. Another thin line that's been crossed.

We are waging an immoral war, and it will be very surprising if the same stratagem of inflicting "damage" (including deaths) on the civilian populace, in the pursuit of political goals, is not increasingly used against us, as well. What is sad is that our own example may now be used to justify attacks against ourselves.

Not a proud time to be an American, IMO.
