6.5 million retained by company and NETRADIO "pops"

NAVR has 5.000 M shares of Net Radio. VVTV also has some. Where do you get 6.5M ?

NAVR = $5 (my previous TA based estimate: $9) + 0.21 * (DF) * NETR.

DF assumed between (0.64 / 36% discount, and 1.50 / 150% pre-IPO factor).

IS.

His Math is Wrong, NAVR>$20 is a Scam!

if you read the S1A NAVR gets to keep about 4.9
million shares, not 6.5 million. The public is getting
3,333,000, NAVR gets HALF of 9,805,500 shares
and 2,000,000+1,202,250+797,750+191,648 can be
out there in the future, but not part of the May IPO,
and when those additional shares are issued, it
will only serve to dilute NetRadio/NAVR further.

The point I'm trying to make is if you do the math,
you simply don't have a stock worth any more than
it's recent trading highs. Hell, hype this sucker
all you want, people, it will just help me get my
people out before I lose more money after getting
them stuck with this turkey while the overall market
has been rallying all quarter.
