No Kevin this isn't true ... In fact, Intel was very "happy" to hear early
(July '98) that AMD would have process margin problems.

Kevin, The laughing you heard was when Intel saw AMD's 1st quarter results
and found out that JimmyMac had predicted that AMD would "eek-out" a
profit. <ggg> A ($128,400,000) loss ?? ... Not a even a close call, IMHO.
