Very interesting, the more I read the less I think BW has any chance of winning or ever thought they had. Would they go to all this expense to try and scare people?

Didn't I read that if the judge or jury decides in favor of the defendants that the judge (or jury) has the option to treble the amount that has been spent by the them in defending themselves?
