Given that there's almost no volume in this stock, it's hard to believe that this wealthy market maker would be interested in a RIGN play when there are so many other stocks out there where tons of shares could be shorted without attracting any notice. Even a few thousand shares of this being sold would likely tank the stock--hard to believe the MM conspiracy theory as to this nowhere, no volume equity.
