Interesting that Mr. B was not mentioned. He is the only factor that will save their sorry asses. I guess it takes A SHAREHOLDER to truly take care of shareholder interests. I am very happy that those individuals did not make the second payment to Mr. B. He is trapped like the rest of us. Thankfully he has enough jack to make his "forced holdings" potentially worth something. "Something" is more than what we would have been left with had UTI's BS bid went through. Go Balm Go Balm!!!! Blue chip Could I impose on you one more time to post this to the Yahoo frac board for me? tx. I continue to see support for the UTI deal from people who are Fracmaster employees. This makes no sense to me, for I have read over the news releases and I see nothing that says UTI bought Fracmaster!! What I do see is that UTI purchased the assets of Fracmaster. Just like it went through a Richie Brothers sale(to the highest bidder)! I think maybe from here Frac goes bankrupt as they still owe the unsecured creditor's i.e. suppliers. No? Do the assets include buildings? If not will UTI stay? Will they take some or all of the equipment home? Will customers continue to use what was formerly Fracmaster. Some,yes. All, I doubt it. They certainly are not purchasing any goodwill. UTI is not obligated to take on any of Frac's liabilities. Just a good clean asset sale with no debt. So if you work for Frac now and you think your better off with the UTI deal, I think you stand a better chance of being obducted by aliens!! But then again maybe it's just me! Nite. R.
