I am offering to create an Investor page for MXNT----> I think this "idea" is much better and much more constructive than a proxy vote. Just had to have time to think about it. Here is the post I made to RB: ----- I am currently working with Henry Val to get the info requested by investors. He is a whole lot easier to work with than IZZY. Here are some things I am working on. I know some of you read the research report, but if Henry wants me to, I want a new better version posted to the maxplanet investors page (to help create one). If we go through with it, I will get all the questions answered I need regarding many of your concerns and mine. Also, because there seems to be some "uncertainess" of who is behind the curtains, I will focus a whole section of the report on management and the BOD. If you would like to see this happen, then make sure you email henryv@mxnt.com (henry val) and tell him you are in support of me providing a more-professional reserach report to help all investors. All I want is for MXNT to approve of the highly-updated and more professional RR. This will verify all info contained in it and address all questions that all of us might have, provided that it is not inside info! This sounds like a much more rational approach than a proxy vote! Actually, I just got an email from Henry: please be patient the annual report is going to out shortly, also the reason we did not produce even fact sheet because if you see all our developments, week after it was prepared it would become absolete, that is why we keep share holders posted by tewlling every detail of what is going on Due to his request, I will hold off. Makes sense to me.. We'll see what develops. Just to let him know, I am here. And if you would still like one, then email him. I will prepare at his request and sign off on the info. FM
