It makes no difference WHO wrote the PR. It should have been posted by ADCM. It is a MATERIAL EVENT that will effect the financial condition of ADCM and SHOULD have been posted by them. This is a PUBLICLY traded company, not private. Sheesh. I am not saying the company hid anything but the ball WAS dropped big time IMO. Maybe you think the company should keep all material events secret? LOL!
