Our analyst informed me the other day that those big blocks were

#1,, the new president purchasing 200,000 shares ,
and #2,, The company exercising some of it's buyback..

I don't know what price the pres paid---could have been the block down at 25.15 before it took off...

Our guys have put out a strong buy on it- FWTW... <g>
