Steve: I notice that after not posting anything for over a week, you have resumed as before on several threads, without once including your usual disclaimer. Please correct me if I am wrong, but this appears to mean that DCHT is no longer paying you $5,000 per month for doing whatever it is that you do for them.

If so, that would fit in perfectly with my analysis here (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=7863827), based on the the non-audited financial tidbits on its website, that the company was perilously close to running out of money. And with another month going by without the long promised audit, the chances of any outside party providing serious money seem slim, whatever the supposed merits of the company's technology.

Is that the case? Can they no longer pay you? Or are you still being paid, and your attorney has changed viewpoints and no longer feels that you need to post the disclaimer?

If DCHT still has some money left, is that because the losses have been reduced from last year's $335,000 per month rate? If so, how? How come the audit is taking so long?

Thanks.

Successful Fuel Cell Demonstration on Capitol Hill

On April 20 and 21, the DCH PEM Fuel Cell was demonstrated at the
Sustainable Energy Coalition Exposition in the Canon Building of
Congress.

The Department of Energy Hydrogen Program Manager assisted with
the demonstration of the PEM and discussed applications of the fuel
cell with interested members and staff. This event followed closely on
the heels of the National Hydrogen Association Annual Meeting and
was one of many public marketing events planned this spring and
summer. The latest of these was the Knowledge Foundation sponsored
event, which was just completed.
