I contend that this is a truthless lie, started by ebay supporters and gleefully repeated by holders of the stock. There is absolutely no evidence for this statement. It has ZERO credibility. Undoubtedly it will become an urban legend and even more people will believe it.

I wonder where we could find out how many packages between individuals the USPS handles? eBay has had 2,000,000 auctions. Not all culminate in a sale (no bidders). Not all are handles by USPS. BTW, I received a USPS package today, containing my eBay purchase and 3 more are on the way.
