HI Rob S,

I have never had a bad experiance with them, in fact the opposite is true, they bend over backward to help out. Sometimes they are slow but they always solve the problem. Best support comes from a phone call.

My experience with QP cuserv has been nothing but positive. I usually send them e-mail and often get a response within a few hours. Always by the next day.

What sort of problem did you have?
