I'm loaded to the gills and waiting for NETA to move up from what I have determined my downside potential is 50%, and upside 100%, we are talking here of high 20s. This is just my opinion as a reasonable risk/reward. Now if you were to break even I would be dancing on the ceiling as I seldom purchase stocks near 40$, recently however, I bought some NEON at 35. What I like about NETA is the size of the company, it appears possible for a recovery. I hope not to sell too soon like I did recently with HS, bought right at 2 7/8, but the guys from 15 and above had to hang on, now the stock is 5 and rising, this also a larger sized company. If you like NETA I would not sell, if you want to make money you might consider adding enough shares so you would break even at 20. Just a thought like you asked for.
