Paul, good evening, Thanks for keeping the thread alive with a pertinent contribution. To All: You may as well keep your well meaning, earnest entreaties for civility to yourself, it's throwing gasoline on a fire. Some people post to contribute to the general knowledge and build a site which is both stimulating and, hopefully, profitable for all. Alas, for others, this is simply a soapbox, and any meaningful contributions which help others are an accidental byproduct. The only thing which will work in this situation is the silent treatment, and I encourage you to employ it when tempted to answer a jibe.
