Dream Machine

Yes, Zeus and I started the Dream Machine thread last year.
Spent many hours pouring overing mobo's and multimonitor posisibilities.

Nothing I can find beats the ATI Xpert 98 for multimonitors
for the bang for the buck. High Ramdac, 8 SDRAM, low cost,
and good support. Mutlimonitors are really nice.

Besides this computer with 6 monitors just running RT III,
I am also running three other computers as well. They are
all networked together and running off the same AtHome/TCI
cable internet connnection via Sygate http://www.sygate.com
Best software I have ever bought !
My new computer's ISA slot
will be occupied with a nic card for internet download. It is
strictly for trading. My old computers (133, 180, 200 mhz) are for using the web, email, mirc, news, etc.

btw, Unicorn only uses Micron memory 6ns.

Yes, on the 66/ATA. mobo's and harddrives won't support it
until this next fall/winter. Infact, you have to disable the 66 function, currently. But a hard drive lasts for years, so I decided
to buy for the future.

Regards,
S.W.
