Yea, I saw the Barron's article. ROS is a great investment IMHO. It has huge upside. As the Barron's article points out, ROS is valued at something like 1/100 of its hungarian telephone couterpart. I own some ROS and some LUKOY (Lukoil). I think Russia will recover and many of its stocks will go up many many times. It is like buying U.S. stocks at the bottom of the Great Depression.
