The pricing model that Kumar is using is the revenue growth rate plus 50% premium for being the best managed company in its category.

From Q4-98 this gives 38 +19 = 57
57 *. 72 =. 41.25. per share

If the revenue growth rate is 50 then we get
50 +25 =75 and

75 * .84 = 63 per share.

So it looks like DELL's stock price is more or less in keeping with the
analyst's pricing model.
