I don't think anyone has mentioned the obvious next step for this company -- a secondary stock offering to raise cash to fund the expansion

I have this concern also. It seems that all these internet companies bleed money.

However, the CFO alluded to this concern in the Broadcast.com presentation (approximately 10 minutes into the recording). He pegged the tangible capital of USAB at $20 M. He also described USAB as a "performing, well capitalized company that is making money each year . . . so our shareholders can not only rely on the internet site but also the core earnings of the franchise as it stands today."

I do agree with you that the NASDAQ may have some tough times in front of it, but I would rather be here than at Net@bank. Much safer gamble in my eyes for the next few months, with possible great gains due to the fact that the recent NASDAQ shakiness has already been factored into the current price (why do you think were under $15 right now).
