Jeff, Business Wire's contract is so "in your face" that there is absolutely no way that you all are going to be able to weasle your way around it. They're coming to take you away Ha ha! They're coming to take you away Ho HO! Nah... I like you Jeff, and I hope that they will go easy on you. I do, however, agree 100 % with Business Wire's rights and rationale. I don't think that you should have used Business Wire for your 'joke' unless they were rightfully a knowing party. They, of course, would never have agreed to such a stint though, and you know it. That is why you had to be sneak*y and do it behind their backs. Not nice.
