My point was that it's quite inappropriate to blast me for something at the same time you're telling me about it. I should be blasted only after I've ignored it. Many people assume that if something exists on the site, we've seen it and approve. That's not the case. We're generally not aware of something until it's brought to our attention. So, while "I think you should look at this guy's posts and boot him" is reasonable, "I can't believe you're allowing this, even though I didn't tell you about it" isn't. Regards, SI Admin (Bob)

But this is a stock chat board, a lot of things that goes on in the markets is illegal in some part of the world, Unless we want SI to remind everyone that it is for US based investors only. And all the other wordings in it can be applied to almost every other post. I should find the lawyer who wrote this up. I might have a use for him.
