Greg, You have proved your point, that you are not very good at predicting the pace of technological change. What works for you may not be suitable for other investors or traders because we all have different skills and talents. Do what works for you but do not presume that your situation is universal. It is a big mistake. I certainly do very well with DELL and I do not follow your advice. I notice that the same people get nervous prior to every quarterly report. You are one of those people. We all have different capacities to assume risk as well. Take only the risks that you feel comfortable with. Stocks such as Amazon, AOL, Excite should lull you to sleep at night and especially on the weekends. While DELL makes you quiver in your boots.
