The speculation was actually over whether he had hate or blood in his veins. Probably in poor taste, though given what spouts from his mouth the question might be considered legitimate. I would call it idle speculation rather than a threat, though. If I addressed the post to him, and told him that if he didn't shut up I was going to locate and disembowel him, that would be a threat. I won't do it, mainly because he is too far away and I hate making idle threats. I do hope that karma (the concept, not Karma the person, I wouldn't want to be thought to be issuing a second hand threat) will catch up with him eventually, and I do mildly envy whoever gets to be karma's instrument.

I don't really see any point in going to SI Admin. There is a long history here: TLC once started a thread devoted to discussion of the topic (of whether Emile should or should not be bounced), and while everybody - and I do mean everybody - agreed that the man is a subsimian scrap of sewage residue and deserves the hatred and contempt of all civilized folk, there was a sense of disquiet at the thought of removing anybody simply for expressing unpopular and revolting opinions. I'm not trying to argue that position, just reporting what seemed to be the majority stand.

Even if that was not the majority position, SI is not a democracy. If they were going to remove him, they would have already; there has been no shortage of complaints.

The only alternatives I can suggest are to ignore him, which is practical but leaves an unhappy residue of acquiescence, or to ridicule him in the most exorbitant possible form. This is my preferred avenue. Perhaps we should appoint a board of judges and hold a literary contest, open to poems, stories, short plays, etc; with the prize going to the one which most thoroughly denigrates the Evile One. All merely statements of opinion, of course.
