Phil, Dr. Dave Webb of this MGR Company has some surprises for the shareholders, and there is a good chance that I may have some surprises for Dr. Dave Webb. It just depends on those who have posted that they are going to short this mgr stock. Lets use the possibility as follows: Price of a share of mgr goes to .03 cents Canadian, which is my .02 cents USA, which gives me 50 shares for one dollar. Using my not needed money, I tell my broker to buy $100,000 x 50 mgr/1$ which gives me 5 million shares, and I would guess enough leverage to put my name on the ballot, write in the empty line, and vote myself as a Director of MGR. From that point the name of Merry Go Round to replace current of MGR can be had simply thru a process of more not needed new money into MGR thru other channels that will allow Dave Webb to merry make the rounds and buy the stuff he knows as good to have. As for the name, it draws attention and also makes a statement. Long ago there was a male singer with a good voice and good looks, but dime a dozen, they were. Lots of Elvis Pretzels out there. So what did he do, this John Doe changed his name to something like I can't remember or spell, a Emboksksk Humperdinkel or something like the name the girl in the children's story book had to guess was the name of the bad man, I also forget, and forget why. So let Darren and Ron and others short mgr, I'll wait for a .03, unless I can get a .01 and get 15 million shares, and hell buy out the rest and take the company private. I'll ofcourse keep Dave Webb and let him run the show. Profit sharing to me is the way to go. Looks like I have to get my ducks lined up in the corect order. Doug
