By the way ,I just checked other sources and I see that Naxos is listed as .60 bid and .67 offered. However Yahoo still has it as .75 bid and .78 offered. Will we be up or down on Monday?

Ps Why pick on Bob for mispronouncing Naxos? I always thought it no big deal, I guess it is probably the only thing one can pick on, when disscussing Bob Gardner.

Thanks for trying to keep us informed. Also thanks to Kim for posting "something",
As Kim said nothing about the removal of Bob Gardner from the board, I'm hoping that he is continuing both on the Board and as President.. Seems as though he has kept his commitment, even though the good Father didn't. Talk about sandbagging.
The question is - What good is a board evenly divided? Do the dissidents even want to serve? i. e. They weren't at the meeting.
Sure would like to have information regarding the vote, even though as I've said before, I didn't even get to vote all my shares as I didn't
some the of proxies until the day before the meeting. (Not that this would have any impact on anything!)
Also thanks to Soxan for keeping up good dialogue.

Mr. Marsh,

Sounds like they're doing the old Proxy Shuffle Boogie same as last year. 'Cept this year it's hard to tell the snookerer from the snookeree. I await more info. Clearly the dust has not settled.

Many thanks to you for posting those links and a warm thank you to Ms. Fairview (I hope you're lurking) for the ringside commentary.

If my interpretation of the facts reported here so far are accurate, admittedly a long shot, it sounds like current management, with the unfortunate exception of Bob Gardner, will win this round again if the only proxies which will count are derived from the company's official, post April 15, mailing. (Which I, for one, never received. Same as last year for me too, snookered again.)

Net, net -- SOS for lunch this year too. Puke alert!
