Jules, pcy2k.org The page address leads here: phoenix.com It's Y2K stuff as far as I can tell, unless it's only a temporary link for test purposes. However, what I didn't like was that I saw that PTECs VP Craig Slayter had registered 10K of 144 shares to sell, on 4/28/99. It corresponds to the rash of selling last week. I didn't want to say (hoping I was wrong...<sigh>) last week that it looked like insider selling. Marc
