Raymond2, (off-topic)

Your ignorance is showing again. Personally I don't care what you do, and I'm not sure anyone else does either, but to make claims using inferences does certainly not add to your credibility.

You were never interested in Trooper, so your feigned attempt at interest is curious -- especially given your lack of awareness of how the release was handled.

I'm not sure there was anyone who held Trooper who proclaimed that the lawsuit was the be all and end all of Trooper -- in fact I have stated multiple times in the past that I don't care how the lawsuit turns out so long as Trooper gets the blueprints and designs.

Again, if you followed Trooper prior to the lawsuit you would realise that it was trading at much higher levels than today. Trooper's low share price is a direct result of Thermo Tech's malicious disregard to their legally binding contracts. And believe me, looking at Thermo Tech's share price plummet is of no consolation to me for those lack of returns.

If you were to believe that shareholders like myself merely sat back with little thought to the future, you are sadly mistaken.

To think that you would consider volume/churning an issue in investing is ridiculous in itself. Trooper is not followed by very many people in comparison with Thermo Tech. But since when did churning have anything to do with shareholder value? Thermo Tech's stock has remained virtually unchanged since they made their "major" ISHM-TTV announcement despite having volumes in excess of 5M shares.

While we are on the topic, does it not strike anyone else as being particularly odd that it is suggested that the 50M USD will be used to pay off debts, and buy back shares -- especially when dilution has continued? Does it not strike anyone as being odd that management claims, as to the use of the funds, are contrary to the newsrelease and its suggested use? I guess though we shall see if a normal course issuer bid filing is made in the near future.

Incidentally all forms of investing are "very risky" if you don't know what you're doing.
