Tony,
Seems the unknown Acer Engineer tried to pawn this bogus information off on Aces hardware page before the YUK register.
Interesting how an Intelabee would suddenly believe the YUK register when it suits him. You've been snookered.

Here's a quote from Ace's Hardware.

RE:"It is really funny, the register reprinted the crap that Acerman tried to pawn off on us last week. Too bad some people don't realize
that the register is an Internet hightech tabloid. However we should see the bogous results posted later today or sunday (EST).
Perhaps we should formulate a rebuttal and have the Register post it. They are really JC's monkey boy, so if JC gave them a tip that
the results were crap, they would say so. I mean who tests stuff on beta software?"

Read this thread. Can't you see a prank?
AcermanPS is the so called engineer at Acer. He first printed this information on a BB. Ace wouldn't bite but the YUK register did.

Read the notes under the post. The guy is exposed.

Tony - YUK PIII - K7 story.

Tony , any report from the register that fails to cite a named and known source should be taken as pure entertainment. The Register does not report, they repeat rumors.
