Insiders own: 61% = 99.5 million
Float: 63 million.

From the above we can see that the VCs are out of Amzn now, and there are just insiders
and the float.

The "bond/stock conversion" involves 8.5 million shares.

That's what I thought. That explains the comments on Friday and over the weekend from McNamee and others. They are out. The only thing holding it up are specs and insiders, plus whatever number for the "forevers". Anyone have a guess at the number of "forevers"?

Oh, and whatever JB has squirreled away, which could keep it up for a long time.

(don't own the stock, but a fan of JB)
