The last time we found a Domain that resembled alliances, we predicted majority takeover of Reiter Associates...within a week or so, It happened...Now most have speculated a TVW majority move before AENTV but we may need to rethink that approach ! This new AENTV.NET may represent that the time may be now for AENTV majority and perhaps an IPO ! Check out the servers listed at AENTV.COM !! One is CNMINC and it says, ONLINE SHOPPING and AUCTION coming SOON !! We also know that AENTV was listed as the best 10 web content sites recently ! And they have a content deal with Microsoft ! Guess what the other server is, get ready, PBI.NET who is Pacific Bell, who is a company of SBC Communications Inc. (www.sbc.com) !!, A global leader in the telecommunications industry, with more than 36.9 million access lines and 6.5 million wireless customers across the United States, as well as investments in telecommunications businesses in 11 countries. And they just launched v.90 and are expanding in ADSL quickly!! WOW, what an IPO pic here, online shopping, competition auction house for UBID, but with a twist, one of the best content web sites in the world ! Now that should send this Juggernaut into space...Any thoughts?

FYI...

Great reasoning and fact finding on your behalf---as usual!

I found it interesting in the Presidents Letter that he spoke of AENTV with (my opinion) almost a little more enthusiasm than when he spoke of TV onthe Web. We also know that many of the new domains are slanted toward entertainment-- so with all of the quiet on the AENTV front-- there might have been a reason. Last night I tried snooping at AENTV for some unreleased news--to no avail--but, assuming they too got a lot of working capital from Ampex months back--they are long overdue to have a coming out party!'

Online Shopping and Auctions are very HOT! to say the least.

The Ampex Internet Network is getting ready to launch??

Curiouswalker says....

Here's an updated Point n' Click Domain List of all Ampex Registered Domains (www.ampex.com left off on purpose) www.ampexdata.com appears to be in progress of going on line. Yesterday it briefly contained the same contents as www.ampex.com--this AM it is a blank Sun Server default page.
