MB - (Radio Shack has a Compaq box only for $599, with a no-name mpc 350. I don't think the Shacksters understand how tough this computer game really is. O.K., Computer Universe, Computer City and McCafee computer subs of Tandy went out of business, so I guess that last comment is a real "Duh!" <g> )

If you look at Tandy's stock price chart, you'll see that the best way to succeed in the computer business is to have lots of varieties of it to exit from. -g-

In actuality, Radio Shack's ( and now Tandy's ) profits come from freezing displaced electrons in little metal prison cans, and allowing electronitarian customers to buy their freedom, while additionally supplying the wire used to enable their release. -g-
