No Mark said he was not. Mark has dealt with extrotion beofre but this is the first time he has actually seen and attorney actually do "compounding" also they tried to get the stock without consideration which was abreech. He is under no obligation to do it and he said he was not going to help these guys ... He does not dealt with blackmail... So they brought it public like they said they would. I bet the FBI is going to love this obvious scenario and the voice threat on his well being and the extra shares and the cash that grew in two weeks is unbelieveable. They are worried with Bernie coming on board and tried to stop that from happening. Plus Bernie has a list of 50K doctors. These guys whether right or wrong will have to go through the legal process try and win a settlement. In the mean time I do not think a broker is going to hold off the margin call. Just my take on the situation. People should start attenting shareholder meetings. Lots of interesting stuff gets buzzed. :-) GB
