This is not so far-fetched...The only wat Serbs would let NATO even to come-in would be assurances of KLA disarmement and Control over Kosovo
(natural resources and Serbian interests)
That is against KLA goals-they would see NATO as enforcer of Serbian interests..
As usual there would be "victory" drum-beat (like Haiti or Why accord)
than reality check..
