LRR, You say that calling someone a shithead will get you kicked from SI. I have found that they will let some people call you anything and say anything and they will never kick them from SI. I was in a dog stock, SYCR, several years ago. I was assaulted verbally for months by someone and called every foul name imaginable. But when i complained they would not even warn him and it went on and on. So I am surprised when they do kick someone for what was far smaller a deal than what I have been through. On the NAMX thread I was also assaulted by a big mouth that bashed me constantly for my enthusiasm for the company. Regardless of the fact that the company ended up a loser, the treatment I received from him justified him being thrown off SI. Instead when I complained I was treated like this person was performing a public service. So I laugh now when someone thinks SI should boot someone. it all seems very political to me, not even handed. I know that the second person I'm referring to did have several phone conversations with SI people and was on good terms with them. The first NAMX thread was eventually deleted entirely because of the war that was raging between this person and the investors on the thread. He was not booted though for causing such a huge problem. But I WAS warned just for posting the addresses and phone #'s of company officers. But he was not warned for months and months of vicious personal attacks, slanders, libels, outright lies. Take the terms of use and wipe with them IMO. There, I almost feel better! SR
