I believe the offer would have to be extended to all Shareholders registered or not, by Law. Check it out with a securities Attorney or the SEC.

Hi Juanita,

Good to read your posts here. Your explanation was good EXCEPT you made one error. THE SHARE DIVIDEND WILL GO TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS OF MDIN WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE REGISTERED OR IN STREET NAME.

What this will do is put the hurt the shorts who have sold phantom shares into the market. They must deliver the share dividend to the people who bought the shares they sold, but since they did not have possession of the shares they sold, they will have nothing to deliver. They will have to go into the open market and buy shares to deliver to the people who previously bought from them. They will have to pay whatever the price is too.... or face legal action.

As much as i have been enjoying some if your witty posts it occurs to me you are not nearly as knowledgeable as you attempt to make people believe, anybody would know the offer would by law have to be available to all shareholders registered or not, but i still enjoy your posts even though i cannot take them too seriously.
