Can anyone tell me if mp3 is trademarked? If someone wanted to use mp3 as PART of a domain name would this be a trademark infringement?

The additional authorized shares.
A lot of folks railed against the additional authorized shares.
Perhaps they will be put to use for a private placement.
Perhaps the private placement would be for a large company(s)?
Perhaps the large company(s) would be.......
Pure speculation...but fun, no?
