That will be interesting to see, i am quite concerned though that with all of the hyping, bashing and general accusations from all sides of the fence that the nasd or sec may call a halt on both stocks demanding they sort out their affairs. This kind of verbal sparring does not bode well for the shareholders of mdin or npec.

Why will only about 69.5 million shares out of 130 million receive the dividend?

Also, in your opinion, was I right or wrong about that registration requirement?
