Sometimes advice (legal and medical) is more for peace of mind than remedy and resolution. <<I think it is often true that people are told to seek legal advice when there is no need>> My experience differs. People generally come to me when it's too late. Then I must be reactive, instead of proactive. An ounce of protection .... <<Of course it is possible for reasonable people to disagree>> I agree with this statement just as I disagree that there is no real risk to a suit. We cannot evaluate the risk because we cannot evaluate the state of mind of Kudlow. Back to the business of investing. Good luck. Bill
