My understanding is that Brainmaker has long been the leader in the area of neural nets, though the product is not specially modified for financial markets.

Actually, one other point...

Brainmaker, from what I can see on the website, only supports the BackPropagation (BP) method. This works well for most financial applications, but network performance is greatly improved if you add some form of lagged inputs. Other architectures such as BioComp's CATNN and TDNN automatically choose and add these lags for you.

The Pro version does have some nifty features though, such as the sensitivity and cyclic analysis.
