These numbers according to Vickers: 48.8M shares issued.
45.1M shares institutions own
3.5M shares insiders own (proxy)

.2M shares owned by others (that sounds way too low to me for others so where's the catch?)

1.3M shares short
If all these numbers are correct, could it be that owners of the convertible have been shorting the stock (before conversion which I think may not be legal or is it?) It certainly creates an ambiguity for anyone trying to figure out what's actually going on, even from the publicly available info. There's a disconnect in here somewhere. (Is it on line 666, the home of the beast?) Or is there some other explanation that I'm not seeing?
